All orders over INR 25000 (Indian currency) are applicable for free international shipping. For international orders below INR 25000, there is a nominal charge based on the country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price. Factors to be kept in mind:
MODE OF PAYMENT-
- Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself. But this is based on the product.
- Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.
LOCATIONS OF DELIVERY-
Within Delhi: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered.
International: Please allow 6 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We require a signature for any goods delivered. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We will send you a tracking number of your order along with a link where you can check the status of your order once it has been dispatched by us.
