All sales are final.
Only sizes may be exchanged with prior intimation and approval from AURAA TRENDS within one week of purchase and if product is returned unworn and with tags in place. AURAA TRENDS does not offer price adjustments. Custom orders on all personalized products are “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
After Sales Care:
We will undertake repairs free of charge for any AURAA TRENDS products upto one year from date of purchase for any damage due to defects in workmanship. Natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis. Visit auraatrends.com for terms and conditions. Limited Warranty (Terms and Conditions/ After Sales care for site):
AURAA TRENDS products come with a limited one year warranty under which any repairs required due to workmanship defects will be undertaken free of charge for upto one year from purchase. All pieces are handcrafted by artisans and no two pieces will ever be identical. Please handle your luxury gold-plated product with care avoiding contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture and excessive temperature changes. Wood, resin and other material may get damaged or stones may get dislodged if force is applied or the piece or it falls. We will not accept any returns if any of the aforementioned occur. Repairs required due to natural wear and tear of an item will be billed and charges will be evaluated and shared on a case to case basis. We will not undertake repairs if the products has been altered or repaired outside of AURAA TRENDS. We may not be able to undertake all repairs and reserve the right to decline to do so.
